What is the deadline for next-day delivery?
To receive your seafood the following day, please ensure your order is placed by 11:00 PM. We operate 7 days a week to ensure maximum freshness.
Can I request my fish to be filleted or cleaned in a specific way?
Absolutely. You can specify your preparation preferences, such as 'scaled and gutted' or 'skin-off fillets', in the special instructions box at checkout.
Do you offer delivery to my suburb?
We currently deliver to most metropolitan areas across Sydney. You can verify your specific postcode using the delivery checker located on our homepage.
What should I do if I am not home when my delivery arrives?
If you are not home, our drivers will leave your order in a safe place in its insulated box. However, we highly recommend transferring the seafood to a refrigerator as soon as possible.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
